Kaizen Hive - Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • Kaizen Hive’s payment processing model does not have any refund policy for consumers. It provides online facility to the consumers of any school / college / university / public or government departments (herein after referred as “sub-billers”) to pay their dues online. Any transaction marked as successful and acknowledged by relevant sub-biller will not be reversed by Kaizen Hive’s Payment Gateway.
  • Payments are processed after OTP verification by consumer through registered mobile number. In case any consumer wants a refund, he/she would contact the relevant sub-biller for reimbursement of funds.
  • Kaizen Hive provides daily reconciliation reports to its sub-billers, and in case of any dispute in settlement reports, both parties designate relevant teams to identify the missing transactions and take up matter with relevant bank or 1-LINK to resolve the issue.
  • Sub-billers can immediately report their missing transaction by writing an email at contact@kaizenhive.com along with necessary details. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to figure out and rectify the missing transactions.
